Naga Empire does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial service provider may impose separate charges subject to their own terms.

Members are entitled to withdraw their real balance (excluding bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements) from their account Naga Empire at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard accounts and RM200,000 for Platinum VIP accounts.

Naga Empire will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Naga Empire reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months
• Provision of false information during registration or the KYC process

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid account balance (excluding bonuses that do not meet the requirements) will be returned to the member within 5 business days upon satisfactory identity verification.

Maximum liability cap Naga Empire against any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
